Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
As most of our products are made to order in small batches, processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, sales or busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Dry Your Tears Club has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, courier delays or peak shipping periods.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before contacting us.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact hello@dryyourtearsclub.com as soon as possible.
We'll always do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we're unable to cancel or modify it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact hello@dryyourtearsclub.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
