Returns & Withdrawal
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. This applies to everything, sale items included.
How to cancel
Fill in our withdrawal form or email hello@dryyourtearsclub.com with your name, order number and the items you're returning. We'll confirm by email.

Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking number. We can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are yours, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.
Returning from outside the EU (including the UK)
Your return passes through customs on its way back to us. Add a customs declaration (CN22/CN23) to the parcel, describe the contents as "Returned goods" and include your order number. Return shipping and any costs of sending it back are yours. If a return isn't declared this way and we're charged import VAT or duties on it, we'll deduct those costs from your refund.
Import duties, taxes and carrier fees you paid on delivery aren't refunded by us. You may be able to reclaim them from the carrier or your local customs authority.
Condition
Try it on like you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refunds
We refund the item price plus the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method. We may hold the refund until we've received the items or you've sent us proof of shipping.
Faulty or wrong item?
Email hello@dryyourtearsclub.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.
