Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).
To start a return, please email hello@dryyourtearsclub.com with your order number.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@dryyourtearsclub.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number together with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll review the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable solution where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without prior contact.

Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
