Refund policy

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. This applies to everything, sale items included.

How to cancel
Fill in our withdrawal form (dryyourtearsclub.com/pages/withdrawal) or email hello@dryyourtearsclub.com with your name, order number and the items you're returning. We'll confirm by email.

Sending it back
Return the items within 14 days after telling us, to:

Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking number. We can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit. Return shipping costs are yours, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

Condition
Try it on like you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds
We refund the item price plus the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method. We may hold the refund until we've received the items or you've sent us proof of shipping.

Faulty or wrong item?
Email hello@dryyourtearsclub.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible and we'll sort it out.

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order.

Not returnable
Gift cards.
